Dekora Album Co. is located in Toronto, Ontario. A Canadian creator of handmade, quality, personalized boutique albums. We offer a complete line of both traditional and contemporary custom photographic albums, books, specialty boxes and folios made locally in Canada. We work with many of Canada’s leading photographers, designers, pro labs, and fine artists across the country.
Our boutique style design combined with remarkable attention to detail and craftsmanship will highlight your work like no other.

Policy
[accordions] [accordion title=”Copyright”] The copyright of the photographs and/or digital images provided by the photographer remains the property of the photographer. The copyright of the designs and layouts made by Dekora Album remains the property of Dekora Album. [/accordion]
[accordion title=”Shipping” ] We ship all orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Local courier for the GTA area. Upgrade shipping option is available upon request. Cost varies depends on size, weight and location via Purolator or FedEx.
It is the studio’s responsibility to provide Dekora Album with current shipping information.
Shipping charges vary depending on the client’s location and size of order.
Tracking numbers can be viewed from your order status page from designer lab. If your order is submitted through another method, we will email you the tracking number.
Shipping rates are calculated on a cost basis of freight plus packaging material. We do not make a profit on these charges. Minimum shipping charge is $10. [/accordion]
[accordion title=”Damaged Packages”]Damaged packages are the responsibility of the common carrier. Please refuse damaged packages when you suspect the merchandise is damaged as well. Please inspect all packages within 24 hours of receipt and notify Dekora Album.[/accordion]
[accordion title=”Returns and Exchanges”] As goods are specially made to order and approved by the customer, we will only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects. In any case, returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement with Dekora Album.[/accordion]
[accordion title=”Payment”] We will charge the full amount of an order when the order is received. Additional fees accrued during the design process will be charged when design is complete.[/accordion]
[accordion title=”Cancellation”] Designed Albums:
50 % of the initial charge will be refunded if requested within one week of placing your order or before Dekora Album sends designs. No refunds will be given after designs have been sent. No refunds will be given for any samples of any kind.
All Other Orders:
100% of the total charge will be refunded if requested within 24hrs of placing your order. 50% of the total charge will be refunded if requested within 72hrs of placing your order. No refunds will be given after 72hrs from the time you place your order.[/accordion]
[accordion title=”Rush orders”]Rush orders can be processed for an extra fee. Dekora Album approval is needed. Fine Art Giclee Album orders are not available for rush. You will be charged 100% of the total service/album cost, and it will be applied to final amount. Payment will be due in full, before production begins on the album. For example: $400 (final cost of album) + $400 (Rush Fee) = $800 New Total Due. Expedited shipping is not included in the rush fee.

[accordion title=”Modification to orders”]Elements (album size, images, text, etc.) pertaining to the design of an album can be changed for free up to 24 hours after placing your order. After 24hours, all applicable fees will be will be added to the remaining balance.
Once the final approval form has been submitted, all liability/responsibility regarding the accuracy and quality of the design will be with the photographer. No changes can or will be made regarding the design of the order once this form has been submitted. Dekora Album will take no responsibility for design errors in printed materials once this is complete.
Any Re-Prints needed due to a design error will be at the photographers’ expense.[/accordion]
